How quickly will I receive my reading?

In most cases, readings are done and delivered within 24 hours (or less) of receipt of your question, after purchase. As soon as I receive your question, the reading should be done within 24 hours or less. I aim to do them as quickly as possible. Rare situations may cause delay and you will be notified ASAP. 

How do I book my live chat reading?

You will receive a list of available times/dates from me after placing your order and we'll work together to find a good time slot. 

How do you do the live chat readings?

We chat in real time, via a message or chat app or through this website via Chaty. You will send a link to the page where the Chaty chat box will appear on my website. Alternately, we can use Reddit or Facebook Messaging. 

What is your return policy?

No returns on readings, since they are digital or real time.

You have 7 day to notify me that you intend to return a physical item (tarot card deck, artwork, or other item) for refund or exchange. Without notification within 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
